Job Switch with EAD During AOS
Hi folks, My AOS (self petitioned EB-1A) has been pending for over 190 days, but I have my EAD approved (CO9), for my category, do I need any documentation with USCIS to switch jobs in the same field? Any experiences here? thank you!

if you filed EB1B catagory (Employer dependent) then only you need to submit new 485J supplement EB1A don’t need to submit anything.

You don’t but it rare cases if you lr I485 get rejected, you wiol be out of status. if you are on H1B visa just transfer it to the new employer.

EB1C needs an I-485J filed for change of employer during AOS.
