have a professional resume writer redo your resume, it works little different here with recruiters receiving hundreds of resumes for a single position they look for key words to even look at your resume. don’t give up hope just have a professional look at your resume and those interviews will start coming in. all the best

@H E Just update your resume. Make sure it is short, direct and concise. My resume is only 1 page and I always put my recent job experience to be on the top line. I would advice to practice answering possible questions the day before your interview and research the mission, vision, and goals of the company you are applying for. I know it can be hard sometimes. I am fortunate that I knew someone who works in a supervisory position looked at my resume prior I submitted it. I was hired right away on my first job that I applied for.

@H E don't out on a resume what tou did in yiur country. That's irrelevant. Experience in this country is important. Take any type of job just to get experience.

@Mrkvica M. I’ve never had experience in this country. so I’m confused on how to do that if employers only seek experienced workers. it’s unfair as most of us undocumented but when given the ability to is like another loop hole

@H E i am so sorry. I am going thru this as well. First, nobody will give us good job if you only have EAD and then we can't get a job without experience but nobody wants to give us a chance. it's really hard there BUT it can be done. Everybody starts somewhere. Look for any job on Linkedin, Indeed, Ziprecruiter and start with that
