Job Change
I’ve been working for the sponsor almost 3 years. My pd is also current and I’m single. CRP since 2023. I got a job offer for a skilled job.
Can I quit working for my sponsor and get a new job ?
If they just request medical RFE, it’ll be fine. However, if they interview me about paystubs in last 3
months and current job verification after I get a new job, I’ll be doomed.
I appreciate any comments.

if you have the interview and don’t work for the sponsor, you are doomed. you can only bet that uscis won’t issue rfe for job and you won’t have any chance interview

don’t change the job until you get GC . right now the situation is not good. why risk your GC when you are almost in the finished line
