@Shah Fahad I have seen many EB1 approvals who even applied way after that. EB2 is moving slow I think. Let us know if you see any progress on EAD or 485.

@Charlie SC Thank you for responding to this post. My EAD was approved on 2nd July. Case was sent to non local field office by the end of July. Still waiting for further update.

My EAD is still pending. Applied March 2024. PD June 2022

@Shah Fahad I’m also with EB2-NIW, PD 2/13/23, I-485 submitted 1/26/24. Last status update is on 2/26/24 to show biometrics was added to the file. Eagerly waiting… it’s so mentally consuming but keeping my hopes high that it’s any day now.

@Shah Fahad lots of applicants got their approval recently. After sending your case to the FO, if they waive your interview you will get your approval soon. else, you should wait longer for scheduling your interview.

@CW L We have an exact same PD :) Hope to hear an update on the I-485 soon.
