January 2023 fillers anyone approved?
Hi! I applied for marriage based green card last year in January.. August 2023 sent RFE medical and taxes… no news since… anyone with same experience?

yep same exact thing pd Jan 23, 2023 recieved rfe and responded in August still no sign the wait is killing me . did u get EAD . Mine just approved couple days ago and still didn't receive it

Got it but I’m so annoyed that since August there’s no response to RFE
