@Mr MCC I don’t have any reason to request an expedite for my i129f now 😔 I requested three times for i130 the last year and got denied even thought I had strong reasons 😢

@Mr MCC can I know why to expedite through i129f and not i130? also what reason did you use for your expedite?

@Sandunika Mullegama because the Director In charge of approval of expedite requests for i130 is different from i129f. there's a little soft landing for i129f when you expedite from there while for i130 where people mostly expedite from , there's a backlog which makes them deny expedite cases alot. I used same health reason that I have been using on my i130 to expedite my i129f and ingot approval 10days after(thats is after 6days I the expedite request got denied by i129f) . you know when you apply for i129 they are not going to approve it when they come through it, they will deny it then look into your i130 case immediately and approve it. that's how i130 and i129 system works
