I’ve seen dozens of April/May 2022 cases. Do we have anyone from March?
I hae written an mandamus, from a successful applicant on Reddit. followed it step by step and got a rejection from court. I tried objecting it, however I still haven’t received response and that was 3 months ago.
I’m starting to lose my mind, a lot of you are in the same boat I’m aware, hopefully we all get approved soon. Peace to all of you, especially the ones with over 1000 days of waiting

i didn’t present enough cases which allowed court to process mandamus vs immigration, in my objection letter vs courts rejection I given at least 9. sadly no response

Get good help with mandamus - who knows it well, because different cases, different regulations, different states.
People got good help from Mandamus Pro Se from youtube.
Court/uscis ignore people's mandamus because they didn't have good written mandamus, didn't file it properly or with proper forms, didn't serve properly, etc... thus they don't care...
