it's that happend to anyone that your green card is approved and delivered, months after you received a letter said your case was moved to jurisdiction office?

Maybe it’s a glitch in the system.
Did you move and changed your address during the process?

yes I moved and changed my adress during the card delivery process even it return and they had to send it again. do you think that can be why? . what should I do ?
