it’s over 4 months
its been over 4 months and nothing has happened, both even EAD …. I chatted EMMA the last time and she said my case is been subject for interview but I have not get any notice yet , I’m wondering why my EAD is taking this very long time while I see people submit end of February and march getting approved…. today I called USCIS the lady was telling my my File is still at NBC and I have to wait without specific time

It’s been 9 months since I applied, and I still haven’t received my EAD. The wait has been really frustrating

Hi, you submitted I-765 in February. Based on the approval history in NBC, your EAD probably will get approved within a month! I applied I-765 on 1/17/2025, and got approved 4 days ago. I hope you will hear back soon!

@p man did you do your biometrics before you filed your I-765. It wasn’t a concurrent filing with your I-485 right?

@Chingy J it was concurrent filling , the issue was that they rejected my I-765 initially because they said it was filled on outdated form by then I have already did my biometric for I-130 and I-485 so when I refilled my I-765 my biometric was reused but it’s actually concurrent I paid $260
