It’s Oficial APPROVED
I just want to share my time line and oficially tell you guys we have been approved. It has been a roller coaster of mixed emotions but finally our time has come. It all started on 6/6/2022 almost 14 months short by 2 days of waiting , overthinking and simply wondering. There is light at the end of the tunnel don’t give up. Quick run down.

EAD Approved on 11/25/22
Emergency Advanced parole May 6 2023 used it and no problem coming back
RFE on July 2023 and Finally
Approved 8/4 NO INTERVIEW

Proof of Bonafied Marriage, We sent, Bank Statements, Letter from friend and Family who know us, Lease Agreement, Pink Slips from Vehicles we own, Pictures from places we've traveled to, Insurance Policy, Life Insurance Beneficiary, Letter from Employer stating who is under my medical insurance. @Abe 200

when we got advanced parole it was because my Wife’s grandmother had her 1 year death anniversary and we had to go to service. it took only a few hours on the day of our appointment @Ivan R
