@Silvya Khalil it will not you will get your session within 2 or 3 months after filling the mandmaus and anyone after 1 year can file that I talked with money lawyer and they even offer refund if you don’t get the decision

once you pass 2 yrs of applying for i485 you can start inquiring or file for a write of mandamus.. don’t rely on what the website says

after 20 months I filed WOM in 04/0226 . last week I got responses,They said my waiting time is still within the normal range and asked me to withdraw the lawsuit

I hired an attorney to file the WOM. My attorney advised me to continue with the lawsuit, so I don’t plan to withdraw it at this time
