I don’t know if it’s just me but I find it so unfair how people that applied later are getting approved. I know about complicated cases and I guess those are exceptions but come on…

@Noemi Concepcion yes. I am December 2023 and I am furious that people from 2024 are already being approved some people from August 2023 are still waiting too.

sometimes you get only one actively reviewed then the approval letter . I got approved after only one actively reviewed from Vermont .

@Noemi Concepcion Amen!! I have been waiting since November 2023 and seeing cases from 2024 being approved before us is killing me (and they don't have any good expedite reasons) we filled k3, it didn't do anything. Our case is not complicated no kids, no previous divorce but yet we are being told to wait, we're in normal processing times i strongly DISAGREE with them, when we filled the average processing time was 11 months, we are 4 months overdue.
