it’s been so long
I have been waiting 295 days and no answer from uscis what is really going on it very frustrating and I can even focus bc of how long I have to wait to get and answer. All it saying actively processing is 9 months now I haven’t heard from uscis I don’t know if things change I don’t know how long u have to waiting for an answer or update I had file December 2023 can someone help with some answer plz thank u .

just wait. im waiting more than 400days for adjustment of my status. they have every document. my gc still processing…

November 2023 here. For standalone I-130 the magic number is currently 430+ I’m expecting an update on mine in February next year. Not ideal, but nothing we can do, so just sit back and try to be patient

am from Dec 2023 and they just few mnts ago told me” if u dont have updates on nov 2025 call back”😅. and i asked why there’s cases tht get approved in just 3 months, they said” there’s not cases getting approved tht soon” and hang out the phone😅😅😅
