its been 2.5 Years no response on My Case
Hi fam, my Wife is a US Citizen, she filed for me i130 & i485 in 2022, its been 2.5years without a response should i be worried? Has anyone ever waited this long?

upload as much evidence you have to let your case move forward, me and my husband didnt send anything thinking its better to wait for an rfe , so upload your joint taxes , pictures, bank account, whatever you think its beneficial to make a decision. good luck @Yoe Kats

in the same boat. 130 approved 2021. I485 has been pending since Feb 2022. Don't know why we have to wait this long

you said your wife filled in your application in 2022 and we are 2024, it can’t be 2.5 year now, what date did your wife filled your application and also you can call uscis to find out why your application is taking that long.

@James martin sams My EAD expired filed a renewal and its been 4months no response. Its depressing.
