it’s 13 months now since my husband filed the i130 and we haven’t heard anything since we receive the the email say that it has been receive we filed on September 22 been on actively reviewing
am tired of this long wait not easy living far away from your husband this is really unfair

Send blessings to you. Please people never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it "writ of mandamus pro se"
