It’s probably another medical exam since if you had yours done before November 2023 it’s valid for two years only. Or it could also be a request for a letter confirming that the job offer is still available since according to the USCIS we are only obligated to work after the I-485 is approved.

Its definitely for medical. You will get approved quick once you submit it. Same thing happened with mine.

my pd is 5/6/2022
acutally they printed wrong pd date before then we figure out n sent application toh change then they change it and sent us new one with 5/6/2022

That is a good news bro. Most likely mdifical. That means, you will get the green card around 3 weeks after submission
