83 days now after rfe received and still waiting :(

i am on 89 days on my RFE. i am tired of this. i will try to expidite it with member of congress

@D A @LN Asylee @victor _kc you can submit a service request by calling the uscis saying that your rfe has been processed for more than 60 days. that’s what triggered it for me.

18 days since rfe received by USCIS, still waiting

@dpeao dapi i called them. they said me that they can submit inquiry after April 2026

@D A you have to tell them the inquiry is about the rrfe not the case itself

@dpeao dapi what should i say when i call them. should i say them that my FRE taking long or it is outside normal processing time?

@D A call and tell them you have submitted the rfe Response whatever number example (70 ) many days ago, and they haven’t made any progress on my case and tell them you would like to raise a service request on the RFE response since it has been more than 60 days since they received it.
