IT FEELS ENDLESS!!!
I filled my case in June 2021. This damn shit is Over 700 days, and no updates. I got all filled concurrently, and received work permit 1 year later. 2 prima facies so far(the last one is already expired and NO NEW ONE SO FAR). Biometrics taken twice, in October 2021. This UCIS is the worse abuser, like if it isn't enough what we've been through, in an abusive marriage!😪 Please, UCIS...THE PANDEMIC IS ALREADY OVER FOR OVER 2 YEARS AND YOU'RE STILL USING THE SAME APOLOGY FOR YOUR SLOW, almost STOPPING WORK!!!

june 21 2021 Pd with i360 only filed. I received two prima facie so far with 2nd expiring in July. 3 days ago I received Rfe but lawyer hasn't gotten it in the mail yet.

@sweet lins file December 2021 ,you said you received 2PF how did help you personally, because received 1 PF and try seeking assistance and I did turn away multiple times because of not being a Citizen or LPR, it's really hard even now writing my eyes full of tears,I get emotionally from my ex husband who was very abusive to me and my daughter, I get sexual abuse 😭😭😭😭 ,financial abuse so many

@mg g, Maybe because you didn't file it under the C9 category. My application was sent all filed concurrently (greencard, work permit under c9 based on a pending adjustment of status, and the vawa itself). Make sure your case is like mine so you can request an OUT OF PROCESSING TIMES for your work permit, otherwise, if your case was under the C31 you won't receive anything but prima facies until your case is aproved.
