Issues with live chat?
Anyone else facing issues with live chat with USCIS? Everytime I finish answering the automated questions & when it’s about to connect me to a live chat, after a few seconds it says ‘Please try again later. This service is currently down’
Been trying since yesterday.

@Kanye East It happens every time with every one. I literally spent one whole day just to connect with live chat only to know that they don’t have the access to answer my query

faced same problem yesterday and chat was disconnecting automatically even in between chat with live agent.
