Issues during Social Security
my name on passport is written in give name but on surname field is blank whereas on ead the surname and given name is mentioned differently how i can apply for social security with other documents??

I suggest you use the name on your EAD for your social security and documents here.....I believe the passport you are talking about is for your home country which you can change or correct easily when you travel home
