issue with payment ( credit card)
Hello ,
I paid my I-131 advance parole using my credit card form and it was signed and I called the bank and they said USCIS have taken the payment but USCIS case status check is showing issue with payment and they have put my case on hold till authorize payment and if payment is failed they will reject the case. did anyone come across that issue before?

how did you resolve this? am facing the same issue. My attorneys filed my cases, but not sure why it’s indicating payment failure.

@sam c just confirm with USCIS if there is a real issue with the payment. that is what I did

did you have to redo the payment or was it that they had to just retry the payment?

@sam c I didn’t and I received the advance parole

Payment issue was just because USCIS was waiting on payment authorization. Just had Biometrics today, and case status got updated.
