This is normal for Vermont. I sent mine 751 on Feb 19,2021 and it still says ‘case received’. About 30% of the time the online status never updates so don’t worry. I received a bio reuse letter in March and turns out my bio was applied by April 6, 2021. I then got a 24 month ex 2 months ago. The mailman has issues with our address and since online never updates I was always concerned about missing mail from uscis so I call every month to see if there has been an rfe etc. The BEST case scenario for approvals out of Vermont that I have seen us exactly a year from the date you sent package

@Null did you do an inquiry? it’s 10.5-16 months processing time in Vermont. You can ask them to expedite ur case as it’s out of processing time. Also is ur case pretty straightforward? My partner keeps his eye out on the cases around me and I’m seeing approvals for the for people who applied first few weeks of Jan 2021 recently getting their 10 year cards.

I have been waiting since March 2021 and nothing yet. I know there are others that have been waiting longer than that and have received no updates yet.
