any updates for ir1? hubby has been DQ since august 2022 and still such a long wait ugh why are they taking soo long they are like still a year behind man..

I am with you. My wife is DQ June 8, 2022. I have a 20 months old son who is a US citizen. my wife is getting frustrated because it is getting harder for to take care of our son. She literally just cried because of how hopeless we are in. I am very frustrated and no idea what to do. I reached out to my congressmen and tried to expedite many times but they won’t expedite it. This is inhumane and cruel but no one seems to care about any of this

yea I understand my son is 2 years old in this situation both me and my son are us citizens. it’s difficult traveling back and forth even tried to expedite with medical reasons but they did not expedite they are heartless

Yes, I think they are increasing number of interviews. I am hoping that they will cover few months in the next interview letters
