Is this the final update about service request or just a acknowledgment of they received service request? Anyone else received same update?

this is their response if you have placed e service request. i also got that generic response.

@eb3 other yes I submitted e service request. But when i call them and ask is it the response for my e service request they said NO. i am confused.

I did service request on March 1. still no response.

@prince man i did mine on april 2 and received above update on april 11. i dont is it the final response or they will response again later

@sam laa i guess that’s the final response . i asked enma and they told till may 26, they will give response until then just be patience.

@Sumit A phone call, when you talk with agent just tell them that you want to make an request to talk with Tier 2, then they will call you back
