I waited 9 months to get an interview date in Ankara Turkey. I'm currently in the US. lived in Istanbul Turkey for 6 years

If your spouse is citizen, based on what I read it doesn't take so long. But for non-citizens it might take longer.

I am US Citizen and my husband lives in Istanbul. Married 5/21/2021 in Fethiye. Filed I-130 June 2021, was finally approved in March 2022, received welcome letter, still waiting on biometrics request/interview date from NVC in Ankara. This whole process is tiresome. Impatiently waiting…
