@D J what did you submit for birth certificate initially?

@D J there is no meaning to color coded Pink paper as far as know. I was also issued RFE on pink color letter for birth certificate from NBC.

exactly after how many days did you get the RFE after giving biometric?

@onyx Light, please how long was your RFIE after the subject of your AOS? And when you say NBC, is this MO or KS?

@Rijo Rijo I am not sure if I understand your first question correctly. However after RFE receiving they approved in 6 days and I had to send it to KS address.

@onyx Light, thanks for the reply. Sorry, I didn't review the question I posted. I meant to ask: how long it took USCIS after they received your I485 application to issue RFE for birth certificate? Mine took 4 months and it came from KS.

@Rijo Rijo So I filled my I-485 in 4/23 and non-local FO issued RFE for medical in error in 7/23 then my category was retrogressed until 7/24 and it was in CRP until then. 2nd RFE of BC also in error issued by NBC on 7/26/24.

@Jk n for medical you need to look at USCIS list of doctors in your region. the approved doctors typically know what is required

@onyx Light, interesting situation. But thank God it worked out at the end. Just for my knowledge, did you have to submit another medical or you stated that it has already been submitted?

@Rijo Rijo I did resubmit another medical considering if they have lost my initial I-693 package then I have resubmit anyway and it would be just waste of time.Lawyer gave me both the option but suggested to resubmit.
