is there any advantage to move from EB2 to F4 category (family based sibling)
hi everyone, i alreday have approved I-140 approved with employer on EB2 category, now I am wondering is there any advantage to apply F4 family based sibling category ? I want to hear any options and benefits.

for F4, you will have to start a new petition under family based. so a new i130. you can't transfer eb petition to fb. By the way, isn't F4 longer than eb?

ram p F4 takes years.... stay with EB2
