is that a problem for them to process my case
hi everyone do anyone have the same issue like me, November first was my deadline to receive my RFE but I have seen in my online account that they receive it November 11 and they don’t make any update.even in my lawfully there is not any update that said “reponse to RFE” my lawyer said she sent my RFE since September. is that a USPS issue or uscis issue?

so for me, I got an RFE and they never updated that they received it until a month after the fact and my status changed telling me they received it and then within a few days I had my approval. USCIS is sometimes slow at updating status. as long as usps tracking shows they got it before your deadline date you’re fine and there should be no issues
