Is Texas Service Center working?
Hello everyone. I am in EB3 process, and I received my EAD Card on February, and I did the fingerprints and sent the exams to I485 form but on May 14th they transferred my case from National Benefit Center to Texas Service Center and after 7 months the message doesn’t move “Case was transferred…” So, Is Texas Service Center working? is anyone in the same situation? thank you.

I think texas center is the dumping ground for all applications not in current priority date. I see no hope of my application moving after it was transferred there from NBC when my EB3 date retrogressed

mine was always there. idk why they’re taking cases from NBC, they should be giving NBC their cases lol NBC is much faster than Texas!

No. I’m not approved. But someone sent the data scrapped from their website and they should be done with the end of Oct EAD 2020 applications. However, there are individuals from Sept and Oct who are still waiting.
Nobody knows how they are processing this. You just have to hope for the best. Pay no attention to receipt date at USCIS website, it means nothing. The processing times will give you a rough estimate, that’s it.
AK are you employment based AOS? Is your 140 approved?
