i submitted service request on june 14th about rfe being 60 days and no response, a week later my i-130 got approved so i think service request helped

@Tu tu no email but they did give me a confirmation number that they put in a service request (i talked to live agent thru emma chat)

@Tu tu i put in the service request April 26 i got approval mother's day weekend and two days after that i got an email from my FO that case was approved
