is it possible to get a tourist visa while waiting for the papers to be done ? my husband is in Colombia and he had applied before we got married for a tourist visa but with COVID and all the delays
his appointment moved until this year but we got married last year on July is it possible to get his visa? we are not interested on him staying since we don’t want to broke the rules with our petition

they usually dont approve tourist visa. but idk 🤷🏻‍♀️ thats just what I think also did you apply I-129f (k-3) for your spouse?

I-129f k-3 doesnt cost any money except you have to pay for mailing

I-129f Fiancé visa cost but k-3 doesnt bcz you paid for I-130

@N J from what I understand the I-129f is for fiancé visa and we already got married last year in colombia … he had already applied to the tourist visa before we got married so that appointment was there just that with COVID everything got delayed and they moved the appointment until this year so anyway he is going

im sorry im not sure about the tourist visa. try calling to check on his tourist visa. and I-129f k-3 is for married couples. i got married 2yrs ago and applied I-130 and then applied I-129f k-3 for my husband at no cost because I paid for I-130. btw I-129f K-1/2 is for fiancé visa.
