our case was on papers, we didn't submit online

I recommend to call usics. You will reach out to them if you say you wanna expedite your case. only then the automatic voice will transfer you to an agent, otherwise you won't reach out to them.

👋I noticed I had made a mistake on the I130A and filled out the whole form again and uploaded it under the unsolicited evidence on my uscis account. I did not receive a notice or anything I just noticed I made an error and fixed it.

@K R S does your beneficiary sign the form or not I was told no need to sign the form if he or she will be in a foreign country

what I know is you need ink sign for i-130a. however, is leaving blank not Ok? what do you mean? if some parts are not applicable, what should I fill in?

no the beneficiary doesn’t have to sign if he/she is not in the US

the only signature needed is if someone else prepared the form besides the beneficiary. In my case I’m the petitioner USC I had to help my husband prepare the form because it’s in English and he speaks and understand Spanish. so I had to sign in ink on the preparer’s section
