Is it OK to be put on unpaid leave until I get my EAD?
I am a K1 beneficiary and I currently work for an international company in my home country. My company also has branches in the US. They would like to continue employing me in the US and offered to put me on unpaid leave until I get my EAD. Would this be a problem? I do not want to look like I'm working until getting my EAD. To note, I'll stop working on September 1st and fly to the US on the 3rd
