We have identical cases brother. I got approved for BFD and submitted my EAD application with Receipt date January 29, 2025. I'm still waiting as well unfortunately.. If you get approved I'd love to hear from you

@Cristian Avila so you telling is your BFD is approved when did you submitted the every form if you can tell me then i will have better idea for me

I sent my request in October 2024 my i918 and the i765 but I'm still waiting for it i918 appears as an invalid receipt number only the i765 appears

@Jan Carlos Chacon Calderon i seen some people from that time frame already approved last month and i am sure about that they did inquiry about that with them so find out the way

I have already investigated and my case only appears as an exemption from the set rate

@Rick R Hey bro, mine is Nebraska service center as well. I still haven't heard anything, but USCIS finally let me submit an Inquiry online on 2/21. Hoping to hear back about whats going on with me case. My case status has been stuck on "Received" Since Jan 29 of 2025r. I've been reading around about others wait time, and it seems that there are a decent number of people having to wait 12-16 months after submitting I-765 application. It sucks bro, all I want is to work legally! I'm assuming you are same?

@Rick R Timeline it this basically - Submitted UVisa application Dec.19, 2019(Without I-765) - Heard nothing until Jan.5, 2025(BFD approved) - Submitted I-765 right after, Got receipt for it Jan 29,2025 - Finally able to send inquiry 2/21/2026 - Today is 2/22/2026, I'll try to comment when I get a new update brother

for inquiry date has changed to March 25 2026 i just checked yesterday and processing time has increased so let see

@Cristian Avila I submitted everything on same date 1/29/25 so i have long way to go.

@Rick R Yeah I messed up which service center it was being processed so I won't be Able to inquire until March too. Let's hope we hear something before then. At least I know I'm not alone, I guess they're just taking wayyy longer with most people
