is anyone here facing a payment prob with NVC?
i made a payment and waited for few days to upload my documents. few days later... I got a notification that my payment is failed. and nvc asked for more documents to be uploaded. the issue is that i can not upload any new doc since my status is to Pay Now.
Edit 1: NVC fuxed my payment after 3 weeks of non stop public inquiries

it’s been happening to quite a few people lately but they will fix it after you follow the steps dictated in the email.

People in this forum suggest we could get payment receipts from pay.gov and then send to NVC. With the receipt, NVC will help fix the problem for us. Unfortunately it didn't happen to me. I still got the same standard answers.
"Thank you for your inquiry. Duplicate and rejected fee payments should be resolved by pay.gov within 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days and your bank account has not been credited for your duplicate or rejected payment, please contact pay.gov directly. If your fee payment status shows "rejected" in the Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC), you will need to log back into CEAC to repay your fees."
I try to make payment again but the system does not allow me to do so. Now I am so frustrated and don't know what can I do. Please keep each other posted... and good luck to us...

right same! i contacted pay.gov and got the receipt and made a new inquiry but unfortunately no answer yet @Fc Leung

@ Lina sbaity I searched different forums. People with the same issue solved it by sending NVC the payment receipts and the bank statement. I think what we can do is to keep sending them public inquiry forms.

@Fc Leung its been more than 3 weeks that am sending inquiries. today they sent me the following: The correspondence submitted is currently under review. An appropriate action will be taken once this review is completed.
