for EB2-NIW, premium processing is within 45 days (not 15 days compared to other categories). I’ve seen other applications get adjudicated in a bit over 40 days so I guess it’s perfectly normal.

same here... it's been 21 days for me. Still within the 45 days, but I see so many EB2-NIW being approved in only a few days it makes me wonder what is wrong with my application! I think we should not worry too much, USCIS works in mysterious ways! 😅

@Money Penny, one thing I’ve noticed is that the applications submitted early in the month (around 1st to 2nd week) get adjudicated faster.
