Yes I'm petitioner , I don't see it on documents tab , it didn't show up for 3 days, probably I'll get it only by mail.

@Red1 br did you check the case status. it is a new feature. look around the whole options, I can't remember exactly where I saw it on my friends own. look for a triangle yellow sign.
