me is EB3 (ROW) skilled and my PD is March 2023 , case received at July 7 this year and Biometric completed on Sep 25 and still waiting ( case still being processed)

EB2 NIW ROW PD 13 March 2023. RD 5 July 2024. Biometrics 5 September 2024. Still waiting

no my I 140 was approved since March 2023 through premiu processing but my I140 is still stagnant

@Mohamed Soliman No I mean 2024. and indeed I’m waiting for my I485 for almost 18 months now not just a year. it’s been 15 months since biometrics were done.

@Mohamed Soliman Actually it’s been other posts where I have mentioned my situation and lot of other people have mentioned that they are in the same exact boat. so that is not a thing that is really unimaginable despite the fact that is really annoying

you should submit a case inquiry request and reach out to Congress for help

got it that is so annoying, I would suggest like max to summit case inquiry, current processing time is 10 months on their website so 18 months is a lot

@max n @Mohamed Soliman Thanks for the support. I still cannot submit an inquiry, the earliest I can do is March 7, 2026 when I have checked few days ago. I have also reached out to congressman and they submitted an inquiry on my behalf the first reply was 55 days ago and was generic reply, reached out again for follow up last week but still haven’t received any response back. That’s annoying yes!
