yes it is acceptable, when you want to download they will ask you for what purpose do you need for.

you can make irs account and download all ur transcripts but usually uscis get those directly from irs unless they specifically ask for those from you ..

just call the irs nbee follow the robot call steps choose the tax transcript with the year you need. you'll get it within a week

@summa sunma hello I have my 2021 transcript. i filed 2021 taxes couple months ago. does the transcript need to be signed/certified by the irs office or can I just download it as is to CEAC

you can download as it is for as long as you are downloading it from IRS website that is enough to prove it authenticity
