Hello everyone, of someone can help me or suggest me I would really appreciate  it so my case goes like this
my parents had their interview in November  4th 2022, consular took the passport and the case was in administrative  processing for more than 6 months. Finally I got email saying the administrative  processing is completed but the medical expired so have to do remedical. my parents did their medical. Now it's almost been a week have heard nothing from them. Their case is getting updated every 1-2 day but still says refused. what should I do? I even emailed them saying they did their remedical but have heard nothing since then. TIA
