congratulations @gk. you are ahead. it actually took you a year at USCIS stage. I am three months before a year although USCIS processing time on the online account says three weeks before decision

filed in April 2022, received medical test deficiency notice (apparently not an RFE). any idea what that means and how long before the next step?
