I would say make sure you are not missing any notifications from USCIS through your online account. Request an appotiment callback through Emma via info pass. Then try your senators they have directions on their website on how to proceed. Lastly look up ombudsman of the USCIS. They will ask for proof that you have compleated all the previous steps before contacting them for help.

@Vane M I did. I text a live agent last week and he told me that the case is at a field office and a officer is reviewing the case
Shan NMay 22, 2023
@james c I check my online account and the processing time says case is taking longer than expected to process.

@Shan N I am in a similar situation but I am at 700 some days. I just wants to ask you about emma. How do you talk to a live agent and what questions did you ask ?
Thanks

I ask emma agent update on my case, where it's located
Shan NJul 9, 2023
@Aayush Patel if you need to speak with someone instead of texting emma just call the customer service number and say lost receipt and that should get you to a live agent

I have been waiting since May1, 2023. Insane how long the waits are for family, but if you apply for work you get through in 6 months.
