@a taylr no update yet there was an action taken on the case but I think that’s because it was being transferred to a different service center.

congratulations!! You gave me hope, I filed on the same date as yours 12/8/2023 . and I got 3 emails last Friday saying that (we have taken an action in your case!) and still no changes so far hopefully I hear some good news soon!
