IOE09228 isn't moving forward
Hello everyone. My PD is October 25, 2023, I'm from block IOE09228 Nebraska, it seems like USCIS hasn't moved that block. Anyone else in the same situation?

do you think that they evaluate cases depending on when they receive them ? excluding the PP, some people got approved since other still wait …. I still don’t get how they do it !

my PD is Oct.25 too.

same here. it seems that they only focus in PP cases 🥲

Yes guys (Nov 23 PD here), it’s a bit tricky to be waiting this long from Nebraska - especially if we don’t know if it’ll take 160 days, or 190 days or longer 😅 - makes me feel maybe I should add a PP to my EB2 but I guess I’d rather use that PP money towards a new EB1 if I’m submitting anything new at all - what do you think? @Camila suite @lou ma @kar C
Kar NIW i140-Nov 2023’Apr 8, 2024
@Sodo 11 honestly I don’t know about your case, but if it was me and I had extra money, I would probably get PP and file EB1 with my NIW., to see how it goes and have an answer faster in case something happens that needs to be corrected or added, and rest assured that at least this step is done. But my resources are limited, so… I have to wait for my NIW, and hope for the best to come.

Yes I totally get you - thanks for sharing - as of now, I could get PP for either my already in pool EB2 or a new EB1 but I just don’t want to waste money at the same time 😅 that’s why I’m trying to wait - I think not having an RFE past like 130 days can also show we’re not likely to get any future RFEs till the decision date? do you know about that - just assuming it they haven’t said anything for us till now, not likely to get RFE again, so that can be a good side to this

Hello guys, I agree that @Sodo 11 if we've been waiting for more than 130 days and haven't received an RFE (Request for Evidence), it's very likely that we'll be approved. We've already waited most of the way; paying for Premium Processing would be a waste of money. Good vibes! Hopefully, we'll receive a positive response soon.

Wow @Camila suite this makes me very happy to hear! almost like I just received an approval lol - very encouraging! That’s what I thought too but wasn’t sure if it meant anything - very nice to get that confirmation from someone else :) Thanks so much! Yess, All the best to ussss ❤️ That approval is coming veryy soonn 🙏🏾
