@beach volleyball the wait time when a U.S. citizen petition for you is way sooner than when it’s a green card holder. which service center?

@A H so I do not have a service center. It is apparently an online case, hence IOE recipes number?

@A Q according to uscis website 80% of the case get completed by 14.5 months when compared to green card holder which is 32.5 months sometimes more

@A Q ok it’s still within timeframe so no need to stress too much keep your fingers cross you might be one of the fortunate person that get their answer about approval way sooner than the time they show on the uscis website

I’m IOE my husband a USC n it’s been a year and counting PD aug 12

@A H I got approval already but my petition was filed from 2019 my spouse was a green card holder I had wo wait for almost 3 years before hearing from them. it’s crazy and you’re welcome and thanks much.

@A H i believe its NBC, as on all of mine receipts says at the bottom NBC, did my biometrics in Kansas City, MO. For I-765 says 2 months, for I-131 3 weeks, and for I-130 says 8months, not sure how accurate this is. i filed everything June 16th and send medical and evidence with it. Didn’t hear anything since biometrics July 11th

@beach volleyball I believe its NBC but the time posted online isn't accurate. it's a case by case basis. if u have an IOE u can go ahead and upload unsolicited evidence that will let them look further into your case. I got my case approved already and my submission date was June 22. send in all u can.

@Dom Doug thank you! i already sent all evidence i had altogether with the application, that’s why I’m not getting an RFE. Hope to get approval soon for combo card at least

same pd with mine and I keep still waiting,my case be in beginning in Texas and after transferred to Nebraska

IOE just means you applied online. your service center can be found by asking Emma if it’s not on your receipt

@torey gilm is correct. IOE just means you filed online. Looks like you have Vermont listed as your service Center right now. Service Center can be found at the bottom left of your receipt

@torey gilm @Kristen B IOE doesn’t mean you filed online, because I have IOE and did not applied online, i sent all forms traditional way. It means, all forms were scanned and application was entered in the system electronically including the evidence
