IOE receipt number
Questions for you all…Can you have an IOE receipt number even though you mailed in the physical forms?

Yes because now they convert these forms to digital format. i think for certain forms like I130 and I485, they are scanned and uploaded to the USCIS system. and your receipt number will start with IOE. I submitted via paper as i have concurrent filing (I130 and I485 at the same time).

yes, I filled concurrently too, paper and got an IOE for all 3 forms
