IOE-092313xxxx Timeline & Random info in my block… :/
“Just some random information if someone is in this Block”
EB2-NIW I140 Only!!!
I have been trying to track the I-140 for EB2-NIW in my block.
Out of 200 cases (From my block, Average numbers Only & close to my case Median), including mine, 195 have already received a response, and there are 5 more (Case is Being Actively reviewed… the last movement was in July, since then “Still the same 5 cases”) to go between November 16th and November 27th.
NOTE: This info is illustrative only or to have in mind as a reference on how the cases on this block have been moving.
At the end no one knows how it goes…
good luck everyone, and hopefull to see the good news from everyone this month!

@kar C how did you know that the cases were i140 eb2 niw? I thought you cannot retrieve those details from a case number..
Kar (NIW) PD-Nov 2023’Sep 16, 2024
@Anto A you can Google, (I don’t do advertising or suggestions of pages) there are 2 or 3 pages & apps., that they give you stats based on the case type and form.,
Of course is not accurate but is something that we can use to follow how everything is moving…
E. FSep 16, 2024
my block has so many “case is being actively reviewed” after RFE. I’m following and in August USCIS has approved 40% those cases that had been pending. The only way is wait for next month! So frustrating 🙁
Tong PoSep 16, 2024
@E. F Nebraska or Texas? Texas seems like faster than Nebraska now
Tong PoSep 16, 2024
@kar C If we are thinking the same websites, they only give you the details for a general i140 there is no way to know if they are eb1a, eb1b, e21, niw etc. For example e21 eb1b and eb1c are much faster than niw and eb1a. they are usually sent by companies, easier to review and most of the times are pp as well.

@Anto A Texas!

Thank you,
I have it among others…
Good one!
eb2 guySep 18, 2024
@Anto A I noticed that as well... most of the approved cases are coming from the ones that received RFEs.. maybe they are prioritising them at the moment.
Tong PoSep 18, 2024
@eb2 guy agree, or maybe they are rfe issued by Texas, we know they are faster than Nebraska
eb2 guySep 18, 2024
@Anto A my process is still pending and it's been under the Texas office. I don't know if that's is true. The truth is: USCIS in general needs support and resources from the government. Because of the election and end of FY, things got worse.
EB2 NIW (PD: Oct 23, 2023)Sep 19, 2024
@eb2 guy, no. I have seen a lot of approved cases without RFE. so, we can’t judge or say anything but can wait only.
eb2 guySep 19, 2024
@EB2 NIW (PD: Oct 23, 2023) yes.. we're trying to understand and stick to a pattern, but it seems that they don't have any...
E. FSep 19, 2024
I got a RFE and my status is “waiting for a miracle”. Texas! Now it’s necessary only trust in God!

224 days still waiting I -140 Texas office
Jack DanielsSep 20, 2024
@E. F sorry to hear that. When did you get the RFE? After how many month?
E. FSep 20, 2024
@Jack Daniels after 8 months.

My PD is November 23 still waiting !
Antonio SandovalSep 30, 2024
Hello my friend, I see that you publish a lot of your wait, I am in a similar situation, but in this time I developed an app to see how the times behave, I have your group loaded and it is updated daily, I leave you the link if you want to check it https://goo.su/cxKXkpP
Kar (NIW) PD-Nov 2023’Sep 30, 2024
@Andrew k :
The agents, usually when it’s not our time to get the case reviewed, read what’s on their system or say something like:, “Case is being actively reviewed…Our records show there’s nothing outstanding at this time…” It’s more like a generic response from them. Also, when a case is “Actively reviewed…”, it doesn’t mean it’s been reviewed; it just means that an officer has been assigned to the case, and it probably has not even been checked yet. That’s how we can see some cases with RFE’s after 12 months or being accepted or denied.
Anyhow, having feedback that “they don’t see anything negative…” for sure it’s a relief.
Best of luck!
