interviewed a year ago still no green card
I interviewed at Queens field office. the interviewer kinda implied that she will approve us and I asked her how long I am supposed to get the green card she said a month. then a year passed. my I485 and I130 are still “ interview scheduled “. I also submitted case inquiries twice. same reply saying that they are busy and my case is still within reasonable processing time. this is normal? I doubt that. does anyone have a clue why?
