FO: Queens, NY - PD: March 2021 - Marriage based
hi guys,
I am having my interview tomorrow and I am super nervous.
I have received AP and EAD!
Anyone has experience from Queens, NY?
We don’t have a lot of joint documents
we have:
- Joint bank account
- Joint Credit card
- Joint Taxes (2 last years)
- I am on his family’s phone bill too
- Lettera from family including holiday cards
- gift receipts and other stuff
- Bills from our previous apartment together.
+ like 500 pictures printed
obviously we have all the other documents but those above for bonafide!
You think this is enough?
Also do I need to bring a copy of I485/I765/I864/I131/I130 like filled in as we sent it to them??

Approved on Spot - New card is being produced. the officer didn’t ask a single relationship question - only asked about my immigration history and why I was denied in the past. didn’t even ask for my photo album that took me hours to prepare.
