Trident, Pd Feb 20, June 2020 - Biometrics done, july 2020 - Got EAD , 1st Sep2020- Case was Ready to be scheduled for an interview, March 23rd 2021 - Interview Scheduled.

still waiting on mine to arrive as well (5 days). spoke to a live agent through Emma and they said to wait 7 days if not call them back/contact them again!

you can just type in “live agent” through Emma and it should connect you with a USCIS representative.
